Who says breakfast cant be yummy and pretty at the same time ?
This is the refreshing Raspberry Pinealpple smoothie bowl. Living the hectic city life causes me to usually eat my breakfast (smoothies) on the go, however today I was feeling inspired and wanted to add a few extra key ingredients to my smoothie and show you guys other ways to eat your smoothies.

I recently decided to phase dairy out of my life due to my body gradually building a intolerance towards it. So lately I have been experimenting with substitutes such as Almond milk. I find that in this smoothie the milk gives it a liquid consistency. If you want your smoothie to be thicker skip the milk and add less yogurt. I love, love, love Chia seeds! They are loaded with health benefits such as :
1 ounce (28 grams) serving of chia seeds contains :
Fiber: 11 grams.
Protein: 4 grams.
Fat: 9 grams (5 of which are Omega-3s).
Calcium: 18%
Manganese: 30%
Also Chia seeds are gluten free! ( I know, awesome!)
Overall this smoothie is a good health & Energy booster. If you want energy , want to be filled and not bloated, this is the bowl/drink for you. I hope you enjoy and add a few ingredients of your own to make it yumm! Send me some of your R+P bowls. Tag me on Instagram and add the hashtag #ososrpbowl
Enjoy!
